Los Angeles Hospital Graded “A” in Patient Safety

LOS ANGELES—November 15, 2024—CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center (CHA HPMC), a member of CHA Health Systems, a global network providing a full spectrum of dynamic healthcare services, is proud to announce an “A” grade from the Leapfrog Group in patient safety.

An “A” grade represents CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center’s dedication to upholding exceptional standards of patient safety. The Leapfrog Group assigns an “A” through “F” grade to hospitals across the country on patient safety measures related to errors, accidents, injuries, and infections, and how well the hospital protects patients against them.
