Patient Meals

Wholesome, nourishing and well-balanced meals are an important part of your treatment and recovery. If you are receiving solid food, a member of our nutrition services staff will visit you to discuss your meal selections. If you are on a special diet prescribed by your doctor, you will receive menus tailored to your specific needs. Please check with your nurse or doctor before eating other foods not supplied by hospital staff.

Meal Service Times

• Breakfast is served from 6:45 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.
• Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Dinner is served from 4:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Guest Trays

Visitors may order a guest tray to be delivered to your room with the patient meal service. The cost for a guest meal is $6.00. To place an order, please contact your nurse, who will inform the hostess. If your meal is not received during this time, please check with your caregiver. Occasionally, your meal may be delayed if you are scheduled for a special test or treatment. Whenever possible, you will be served after your test or treatment.
