CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center Teen Volunteer Program provides high school students with the opportunity to fulfill the requirement for community service hours. At the same time, students will gain valuable experience and knowledge as they are introduced to the healthcare environment.
What are the requirements?
Volunteers must be:
- At least 15 years of age
- Able to commit to 100 hours of service (4 hour shift per week)
- Adhere to patient confidentiality
- Clear health screenings
- Clear drug screening and background check
- Attend orientation and training
