Inpatient Pharmacy Phone: (323) 913-4979 Outpatient Pharmacy The Outpatient Pharmacy provides general retail prescription services for all outpatients including ambulatory patients, patients discharged from the hospital, the ambulatory surgical center and outpatient clinics. The Outpatient pharmacy staff serves to facilitate the process of ensuring that hospitalized patients receive discharge prescriptions or discharge medications with the goal of achieving seamless continuity of care. Employee prescriptions are provided for a nominal fee. Physician office medication supplies may be purchased through the Outpatient Pharmacy for physicians on staff.
Inpatient Pharmacy The Inpatient Pharmacy provides drug delivery, storage and monitoring for all patient care areas within Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center including the Chalet, a transition and long-term care facility. Patient counseling is provided routinely on pharmaceuticals distributed, as required by law. Medication information for both medical staff and nursing office staff is also available. Third party payment plans include MediCal, Blue Shield and PCS. Workers’ Compensation prescriptions are honored with proper documentation and authorization.
