The Patient Relations Representative is a Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center navigator who can help direct you all to the resources you may need while a patient.  The Representative is available to assist you before you arrive at HPMC and throughout your admission.

During the process of becoming a patient and throughout your admission, the Representative can help facilitate communication with your healthcare team members, assist with language and communication resources and help you with special needs or requests.
